37 I wore a dress by Morilee from Windsor & Eton Brides. It had beautiful crystal and diamanté beading which fit perfectly with our fairytale theme. It was the first gown I tried on, and I fell in love instantly. I accessorised with a veil, a headpiece and diamond earrings. Ralph Heijmer, our toastmaster, was a Godsend! He was there every time we needed him, he helped the day run smoothly, and was great at coordinating everything. Ian wore a three-piece suit with a light grey waistcoat and ivory printed tie from Robert Tracey. The whole day was absolutely amazing. We had been told by so many people that the day goes so fast, but I remember saying to Ian at 3pm that I couldn’t believe it wasn’t later. It was the best day of our lives. My bridesmaids chose yellow full-length dresses with beaded shoulders from Little Mistress. To keep our guests entertained, we hired So Sinatra. He sang during the reception drinks and before the speeches. We had a DJ during the evening and a mirror photo booth which went down a treat with our loved ones. REAL WEDDINGS ▶
