Now, I must admit I was late to the Bridgerton party and only binged-watched series one-to-three over Christmas – shame on me! After the release of series four part one and two in January and February respectively, I can now appreciate the hype. It is pure escapism at its frivolous finest. We can switch off from our everyday realities for 60-minutes getting lost in Regency-era splendour and romance, quite the guilty pleasure indeed. The Bridgerton-effect cascades down into everything around us, from fashion to florals, décor to catering, it’s a dreamy, romantic aesthetic that’s so easily transferable to weddings. What’s more, teamed with Cloud Dancer – Pantone’s Colour of the Year – these two exquisitely decadent 2026 trends will have wedding guests in awe of your Instagramable big day, and we expect to see these themes in wedding day styling for the rest of this year – and likely in to 2027!
