Also, find companies with excellent communication and if in doubt, speak up. We went to Rome for three nights and then on to Sorrento. We absolutely loved the hustle and bustle of the city, seeing all the sights and trying all the traditional delicacies while walking 20,000 steps per day! In Sorrento, we spent tranquil evenings by the sea and tanned by the pool. The perfect combo in our eyes. We booked our DJ, Chris Haslam, for the whole day. He performed at the reception, the ceremony, the meal and the evening party. It was all we needed, and our guests loved him! My most memorable moment was when our DJ decided to play our aisle song as the last one of the night. There are two versions: the slow one I walked down the aisle to, and the upbeat one, which Chris played as our last dance. Our family and friends danced around us, and we all cried happy tears. We had garden games on the lawn during the afternoon reception. Luckily the sun came out and we all sipped prosecco and Pimms, as we threw beanbags and played giant Jenga! 48
