You can take advantage of the ever-changing scenery for some gorgeous seasonal photos from daffodils in the spring to Christmas trees in the winter. The South Barn, known as the bridal suite, is included in the package, a relaxing place to retreat and prepare for the big day with your bridal party. A food tasting with Brighton-based caterer Circa Events is also included. THE I DOS Ceremonies are held in the Cartshed, backed by beautiful lawns perfect for garden games and sunset viewing. With space for 120 guests, this location comes complete with an integrated sound system. THE CELEBRATIONS The Grade II listed barn dates back to the 1800s. The bar location is flexible, dependant on the size of your guest list, and the dancefloor, furniture and fairylights are all included. There is space for 200 revellers. The farm buildings tell of a rich history, offering a touch of magic and enduring values. The lovely converted barn is light and airy but retains its delightful original beam structure. The glass frontage looks out on to a private garden with brick terrace and seating, enclosed by a living willow hedge and quaint picket fence. The Cartlodge is set within the grounds of Horam Manor Farm, with buildings dating back to the Tudor period and the peak of the Wealden iron industry. Displays and artefacts in one of the barns tell the story of the farm, offering some wonderful photo opportunities. There are also artisan workshops and studios across the site, where you can even make your own wedding rings. THE I DOS While not licensed at present, there are plans to be able to offer ceremonies in the farm buildings or the woods in the near future. So watch this space! THE CELEBRATIONS The main venue is the Cartlodge itself, which seats up to 60 people. The adjacent Granary can be included to provide space for bar, barbecue or children’s play area. In addition, the grass area outside can be used for a marquee, allowing for more seated guests. 28
