Your South Wales Wedding - January/February 2021 (Issue 77)

We both felt really calm, or so we thought. I didn’t sleep the night before, and the rain was terrible but lucky it brightened up as the day went on. Our photographer, Judith Cooke was a mazing, and I’m so lucky to be able to call her my friend. She was the light on what I thought was going to be a deflating day. The sun shone, and she worked her magic with the pictures. She truly is a whirlwind of happiness. There were so many people that made our day extra special, including both sets of parents and our suppliers. Our daughter, Fallon, looked so happy and kept telling us how much she enjoyed that we all had the same last name. I wore an ivory gown that I had purchased off the rail at Belle Mariee Bridal. The lovely Alison and Melissa were absolutely amazing and made it a memorable experience. Originally we felt deflated about having to cancel our reception, but we’re so glad we decided to go ahead. We had an amazing day with the most important people present. Love is love, and a pandemic won’t change that, and if anything, it made us appreciate everyone even more. REAL WEDDINGS 41 
