To honour his centenary birthday this year, Jenny Bray will be performing a tribute song Mr. J (Jenkins) in Swansea, Port Talbot and other venues in South Wales. Jenny Bray is a singer, songwriter, and pianist and has many connections to the actor. Jenny even played on Richard Burton’s home piano as a young girl, which later inspired her to explore a career in music. Jenny has also written an original poem, being published in Poems for Rich and will be performing her tribute song at the book launch at the Dylan Thomas Theatre, Swansea on August 1st and again in Port Talbot Taibach Rugby Club on 10th November – Richard Burton’s birthday. If you would like to attend the book signing of ‘Poems for Rich’, then it is free to enter, and all book profits will be donated to charity. Please check out Jenny’s website for more information on her style of music and a taste of her work! If you want to dive straight in, then find one of her three albums on Spotify titled: Jenny Bray, Me and One Hare One Owl.
