The people who like to show up to events fashionably late, got a ceremony time that started 30 minutes before the actual start time! User: I had my husband’s cousin be my ’phone person’. Her job was to hang around me ALL DAY and snap live/candid pics of everything on my phone. Ended the night with 5,000+ candid behind the scenes photos. User: Me and the other bridesmaid had an escape route planned for the bride if she changed her mind. The bride didn’t know. User: Having notes on the table so people can do an Irish goodbye. Everyone stopping you during the reception pulls you away from the party and dancing. User: Only those who knew our ’secret code word’ were allowed to request songs with the DJ. Only us, our DJ and two other people knew what the word was. User: Cardboard cutout of me and the groom in the photo booth so we didn’t have to deal with the constant requests to join people all night. User: I rented a bouncy castle. It was truly some of the best money I spent on my wedding; people are still talking about it nine years later, I only wish I rented two and not one! User: My friend wore an apron over her dress while eating! It was hilarious and saved her dress from stains, as she’s a messy eater. The apron had the classic beach body on it. User: Instead of a massive wedding cake, we did normal sized cakes as centrepieces for the guests to cut and serve. The flavours were different for each table. User: Assign someone ’Squirrel Duty’. Their job is to take one or two of each of the appetisers that are getting passed round and set them aside for you. These can then be enjoyed whenever you’re ready, so you don’t have to track food down. Without this you won’t get much! User: We said we were still taking pictures but really my husband and I were having a drink and snack by ourselves. User: I put my smart watch on my ankle under my dress! I got all the step-tracking and even answered the phone on it in the car. User: We hid the rings under random chairs in the ceremony. When they asked who’s got the rings, we announced the hunt and the fun began! www.buttinoni.it AS SEEN ON TIK TOK 43
