I can’t begin to tell you how much happier it makes me to get home in the light and still feel like I have some day left to live. It’s around this time of year that I convince myself anything is possible and sign myself up for events and commitments (that I will 100% regret). I’ll strop around the morning of, and then thank myself when I’m home, that I actually went out instead of staying home and rewatching The Crown for the billionth time. Can we all agree that Claire Foy make us want to speak in a really posh accent? The pull a royal wedding seems to have on us, as a nation, is why so many couples are now looking to recreate this on their special day. Jessica and Adam Darlow, from one of our real wedding pieces, did exactly that at their wedding in June 2024. What better way to say ‘I do’ then when you look like a reallife princess? But how else can you rule the wedding world? In this issue we will dive into everything from dream venues to the trend of short gowns. I hope you enjoy this stunning collection of real weddings, Q&As and fashion debates, as much as I did putting them together. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some very important research to be doing *The Crown intro starts playing*. Chat soon!
