I follow a root-cause medicine approach. What are your top tips for looking and feeling your big- day best? Sleep is so important; it affects everything from your skin to your energy levels and mood. Aim for at least eight hours a night. Also, drink plenty of water with lemon to prevent bloating and keep up your energy throughout the day. Have a cup of warm water with lemon when you wake up on an empty stomach and sip throughout the day. What question do you get asked the most by wedding clients? I get asked what food to eat to look and feel amazing. I recommend eating as fresh as possible and loading up on fibre with foods like berries, lentils, beans and vegetables. Boost your intake of healthy fats like avocado, nut butters and seeds for sustained energy and healthy skin. What’s your favourite way to relax and have some me- time? I love to take restorative yoga and an epsom salt bath.
