Your London Wedding - November/December 2025 (Issue 104)

When she’s not designing for her popular brand, Lemonade Dolls, Lemon teaches spin classes. It was during one of these classes that her and Tom first met. Just like that, their love story began, and the rest quickly became history. Fast forward time, Tom proposed on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City on May 5th 2024, creating a moment they would never forget. SETTING THE SCENE At the beginning of September 2024, Lemon was back in New York for Fashion Week when she and Tom decided over FaceTime that they were going to get married that year. They both knew they wanted a London winter wedding, and their dream reception venue was Sessions Arts Club. When the team confirmed availability for December 14th, they didn’t hesitate to book, which meant planning their entire wedding in just three months! Next came the search for the perfect ceremony venue. At first they had little luck, until one of Tom’s colleagues suggested checking out Trinity House. The moment they walked in, they fell in love. Lemon recalls, “It had everything we wanted with elegance, history and the most incredible team. We confirmed the date that same day because when you know, you know.” Within two weeks, both venues were booked, leaving just ten weeks to plan the rest. IT’S ALL IN THE DETAIL Roses were the main theme for the flowers, both for the ceremony and the reception. Lemon and Tom wanted everything to feel like the perfect winter wedding, so they asked their florist to bring a subtle Christmas vibe into all the bouquets and arrangements. “I never imagined having large, elaborate centrepieces, so we decided on singlestem roses instead,” says Lemon. “Our tables were filled with hundreds of quirky rose-filled glass vases in different shapes and colours, surrounded by candles of every size, all lined down the centre of the tables. The result felt intimate and classy.” The couple didn’t spend too much time on stationery or the extras that many weddings focus on. Their priority was incredible food, multiple drink stations, cocktails, Champagne and little treats throughout the night. It was important that guests never went without a drink in hand, and the pair made sure there was always plenty of food. LOOKING THE PART Lemon looked beautiful in a Pronovias dress called Marilyn, a long, simple white dress. After 30
