We chose faux flowers and loved what Adeela from Fauxevermore did for us! For the ceremony, we had two large urns, which were moved to Fenchurch Suite for the wedding breakfast and then to 1901 Ballroom for the evening. It was great to repurpose them across all spaces. For the wedding breakfast, we had a long table with several arrangements, bud vases, and candles in between. Everything looked beautiful, and we were thrilled with the results. As I’m a wedding stationer, we decided on a classic style for everything. I always knew I’d want gold hot foil for my invitations and the on-the-day stationery followed the same design and cardstock colour, but with a dark grey ink colour. I loved our menus, which had a pretty satin ivory bow on the front with the guest’s name, and the menu printed on the reverse. The folded format added height to the table and complemented the styling. My hair and make-up were beautifully done by Amanda at Wedding Hair & Makeup by Lauren! I was so happy with the look and how it made me feel. We loved having the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception at Andaz in three different spaces but in the same venue, which made each part of the day special. The location is perfect for a city wedding and was easy for guests to get to. Our goal was to ensure everything went smoothly and all the guests enjoyed our wedding. Having Toby from Handcraft Pictures capture our day was so special – I’ve always been a huge fan of his work. Toby blended into the day seamlessly and we couldn’t be happier with our highlights film and full video. Being able to watch these in years to come is something we’ll cherish. 40
