Your Kent Wedding -September/October 2020 (Issue 92)

The venue decorated the tables with red drapes to complement our colour palette and provided centrepieces with a floating candle. Our theme was red. Arsenal red to be precise. So, we had a gorgeous mix of flowers featuring deep berry hue. The food was fantastic. We opted for a carvery, as this meant there was something to suit everyone’s tastes, including a good vegan option. Later in the evening we had a buffet, which we were both too busy dancing to try, but we’ve been told it was great! We asked Tom’s auntie to hand write the place names, and she added a drawing of guinea pigs on each one to represent our two, which was lovely. Our favours were little personalised packets of wild flower seeds. Our DJ contacted us before the day to ask what style of music we’d like. He played for the first hour, then our live music began. The Leigh Highwood Band were fantastic and really made the night. REAL WEDDINGS 45 
