Your Kent Wedding - Mar/Apr 2020 (Issue 89)

82 S hoot coordinators Kim Webb of My Little Tea Party, and Poppy Greenhalgh of The Glitzy Balloon Company fell in love with the magical Longton Wood, the setting for these glorious images. “It had such an enchanted fairytale feel, and we wanted to encapsulate this with the styling. The aim was to inspire couples seeking a bit of woodland luxe – a relaxed, informal vibe with stylish touches,” Poppy explains. They opted for an oh-so chic colour palette of blush hues, peach tones, creams and whites, with hints of gold and copper, to create the desired look everywhere from the natural ceremony area to the wedding breakfast and chill-out area. The very embodiment of effortless beauty with a soft, natural, dewy make-up look, the model wears dresses by two independent British designers, Kindling Bridal and Amy Mair Couture. She holds a stunningly wild and whimsical bridal bouquet, which features avalanche roses, lisianthus, peonies, hypericum berries, spirea, hellebores, and mixed foliage including grey eucalyptus.
