There’s plenty of scope to go all out with festive decorations, candles and fairylights. What’s more some of the work may already be done for you with many venues decking the halls with Xmas trees and trimmings. Kingston Maurward in Dorchester is the ideal backdrop for a winter wedding, complete with an 18 th -century manor house, lake and glorious grounds. Local suppliers made the most of the magical indoor and outdoor spaces for this wintry shoot showcasing two contrasting looks. Organiser Emily Smith of Dorset-based Annamara bridal boutique explains, “With Christmas on the horizon, I wanted to find a venue that would be great for different styles and have both an inside and outside setting. Kingston Maurward was great for this as the venue is so versatile with the gardens and the stunning house, not to mention a beautiful big Christmas tree.”
