Your Herts and Beds Wedding - October/November 2020 (Issue 82)

Everybody received a blue geode stone with their name on to double up as a favour and place name. The wedding aisle arrangements were moved to decorate the top table during the reception, along with a runner of ruscus foliage. I wore a bridal gown from David’s Bridal, which had a dreamy, gauzy train, low back, and pretty floral embroidery on the skirt. We used South Farm’s Thai Tuk Tuk to get from the bridal suite to the top of the aisle. We wanted our loved ones to have a fantastic time, and ensure we’d enjoy it ourselves without too much stress.  We opted for a stack of cheese instead of a cake and one of the bridesmaids helped arrange berries, figs and foliage over it. Urban Flower Farmer provided the flowers and centrepieces; the floral-style was slightly wild with autumnal colours including deep reds, oranges and splashes of blue.  30
