After becoming friends the pair quickly discovered their relationship had developed into something more. Nicola says: “As Danielle said in her wedding speech, she came home from a night out to find me asleep cuddling some chicken nuggets! From then on, we knew we’d always be laughing and having fun together!” During a getaway to Amsterdam, the pair went on a romantic trip through the canals on a gondola, which was where Danielle asked Nicola to marry her. Resulting in plenty of happy tears and laughter, she of course said ‘yes!’ Two months later, Nicola created a plan for a second proposal during a holiday in Mexico by spelling out ‘will you marry me?’ HERE NICOLA TELLS US MORE ABOUT THEIR SPECIAL DAY. . . “Don’t sweat the small things; your guests won’t notice and they’re not important!
