It features two threshing floors and is one of the largest of its kind in the county. The interior offers a large space with open beams, suspended iron chandeliers and glazed doors showcasing spectacular views. There’s also a large oak-top barrel bar, a stage suitable for a band and a foyer area to welcome guests. Outside, the patio area with its raised rose beds is the perfect place to host reception drinks and the hidden lake and cherry tree avenue are ideal for big-day photographs. Ceremonies take place within the barn on a small raised stage and the reception can make use of the entire barn and grounds. Inside, there are plenty of Instaworthy touches with its shabby chic styling and 25 comfortable bedrooms that include a sumptuous bridal suite decorated in black and gold. Ceremonies take place in a choice of two function rooms. The Elisabeth Suite is an elegant space seating up to 120 guests while the Gray Suite, with its large bay windows showcasing views of the grounds, offers a more intimate feel for up to 60 loved ones. Receptions are held in the Manor Suite, a beautiful space for up to 80 people and if a larger gathering is requested, it can be opened up with the adjoining reception room to seat up to 180 guests. Couples can make use of the decorative touches offered complimentary that include sashes, centrepieces, flowers, table gems and napkins and they are invited to style the venue ahead of the wedding alongside the experienced team if they wish to do so. Outside is a photographer’s dream, with a magical secret garden propped with quirky pieces of furniture and atmospheric lighting, ideal for summer celebrations.
