The groomsmen picked their own suit with the only requirement being that it had to be grey in order to complement Adam’s grey Ted Baker suit, which he wore with a waistcoat. The bridesmaids wore stunning floor-length dresses in pale pink adorned with embroidered flowers. TIME TO CELEBRATE Lawn games were played throughout the day and in the evening the couple had a live band, which had everyone up on their feet, dancing the night away. Jill says, “They were brilliant and allowed me to take the guitar off them and show off my skills – which are non-existent!” MEMORABLE MOMENTS Feeling initial nerves before the ceremony, Jill was calmed down by her two bridesmaids. She adds, “Just before walking down the aisle, I saw my dad stood in his kilt. He didn’t even wear one for his own wedding, so I was happy he wore one for mine! The rest of the day was easily one of the best days of our lives. Everyone we loved was there and in a great mood and the weather was scorching. People were all dancing, laughing and having the most amazing time.” A part of the day that stood out to the couple was the speech made by the best man, who used a PowerPoint presentation with some hilarious photos of Adam. Jill says, “Our photographer asked to take some photos of myself and my bridesmaids later on in the day. My friend Laura and I had had a few drinks by this point and decided the photos should be of us pretending to be woodland nymphs. My other bridesmaid Alex, who was pregnant and not drinking, has informed us that we looked ridiculous!”  For their honeymoon the couple jetted off to Florence for 10 days. Jill says, “I’ve always loved Italy and this trip didn’t disappoint! We saw the Statue of David, The Birth of Venus and the Leaning Tower of Pisa as well as eating some amazing food. Adam enjoyed the wine!”
