48 1 “I’m always so excited when couples book us for the whole day because it means I can schedule in some time for golden hour photos. It’s my absolute favourite time of day with beautifully warm natural light that makes everything sparkle. We found this amazing spot framed by a picturesque old ruin and big leafy trees, perfect for a candid shot of them backlit by the setting sun. The result was this beautifully lit natural moment when they completely forgot that I was there. This is the site of an old water mill that goes back in time to the Doomsday Book where its value was put at ten shillings and one penny.
