They were obviously meant to be because they’re still going strong 12 years later! It was during a summer stroll that Jake gave Rose the surprise of her life. “We went to Clumber Park for a walk as it’s one of my favourite places to visit. We got so far around the lake when all of a sudden Jake proposed. It was such a lovely surprise in the most gorgeous surroundings and we couldn’t wait to start planning,” she says.
