Cressbrook Hall, Derbyshire This Tudor-style mansion was built in 1835 by a Manchester industrialist who fell in love with the scenic location and fabulous Peakland views. Behind its magnificent façade, the venue boasts all the comforts of a gracious country home with many original features and antique fittings. Couples can choose to tie the knot in one of three locations at the hall. The Drawing Room accommodates up to 40 and the Granary/Conservatory is a split area that seats 100 guests. Many of the elegant drawing rooms plus the library and orangery are licensed for ceremonies and can accommodate up to 200 guests and with fantastic views across the grounds. The orangery leads out onto a terrace and formal gardens, which provide wonderful photo opportunities.
