Your Devon and Cornwall Wedding - May/June 2020 (Issue 25)

Gary looked so handsome in his navy two-piece suit teamed with a grey waistcoat. Our four-tier cake featured two vanilla layers, one with passion fruit and coconut flavouring, and the other with lemon and elderflower. It was decorated with fresh fruit and tasted delicious! I adored my white fishtail gown with diamanté straps and peep-hole back detail. It was purchased from LA Boutique which is a charity-run business. Our centrepieces looked stunning – our talented florist arranged fresh flowers with candles and wooden love letters. The staircase at Rockbeare Manor was decorated with a swag of blooms and we also had floral pew ends in the church, all made by Alice and her fab team at From the Wild. “Our florist, Alice, went above and beyond our expectations and captured our vision for a spring-infused theme.” – Lee-Ann “Our wedding gift from Gary’s sister, Stacy, and her family was a three-day honeymoon to Amsterdam!” – Lee-Ann Alice also created a backdrop made from copper wiring that featured different single-stem flower varieties and suspended it behind our top table – it was a real talking point! Our favours were small Mason jars filled with pink gin and raspberries. The spray of fresh flowers sat on our top table were out of this world! REAL WEDDINGS 37 
