We’d also recommend finding a bridal boutique that’s by appointment only, as this way you can take your time with your chosen guests and try on a variety of gowns in a lovely, chilled environment. Avoid booking appointments at more than two boutiques though, as often this is when dress shopping can get a little overwhelming as you can become a little dress blind! Once you’ve made your appointment, just try to relax and have fun. Trust your bridal consultant and choose a range of different styles to try on and get a feel for what you like. Try to be open minded, as the worst that can happen is you don’t like the dress and take it off; but who knows, you many fall in love with something you never expected.
