My bouquet was pure white, whereas all the other arrangements were accented with pink blooms amongst the white. I loved having a cottage on the grounds where all my girls could stay the night before and then spend the morning with me. The outdoor aisle had a red carpet with lanterns a nd tea lights hanging in the trees. Our centrepieces were a mix of pink and white blossom trees, and flowers. The cake had five tiers and was decorated in pink and white with fresh flowers and our initials. The sponges were flavour ed with raspberry for some layers and salted caramel for the others. Thornton Manor was the first venue we saw. Th e moment I walked into the wedding breakfast room I remember getting so emotional and just knew this was the place. Nowhere else compared after th at.
