Please tell us more about how you created it and who it would suit. Lizzie says: This look is for the bride who wants a glamorous, timeless and classy hair and make-up vibe for her wedding. I used a radiance primer to give Amelia’s skin a lovely dewy effect, along with a medium coverage foundation and some powder very lightly dusted on the T-zone. I contoured the face and applied a lovely natural-coloured highlight to the high points with a rosy pink blusher on the cheeks. I gave her eyes a soft smoky effect with false lashes to accentuate them and lined her lips before applying a lovely rosy lipstick with a gloss over the top. Amelia’s hair was curled with a wand and medium hold hairspray away from the face to create voluminous waves. To create this style, I also used texture products and hair shine to finish off the look. U P, U P AND AWAY I’m looking for a chic modern style to keep my long hair away from my face on the big day. What can you suggest? Zena says: One of my favourite modern looks would be a natural wanded curl twisted away from the face, which can be worn as half up half down or twisted into a chignon. You can also add twists of hair or a relaxed braid. This style looks absolutely beautiful with fresh flowers or a crystal head piece tucked into the twist at the back giving a stunning focal point when walking down the aisle. www.livi-edwards.com 81 ASK THE EXPERTS 81
