We dined on a starter of roasted tomato and red pepper soup, followed by a rack of lamb with rosemary and thyme crust for main course, finished with mini croquembouche with dark chocolate sauce for dessert. In the evening we served mini burgers and mini fish ‘n’ chips. The staff at The Shankly Hotel made our day stress free and saw that everything ran smoothly. In the evening Ellie Sax and DJ Lee Morrison entertained our guests. The two of them together were a dream team and kept everyone of all ages on the dancefloor all evening. We spent four days in Las Vegas, followed by 10 days in Cancun. We planned the honeymoon together as they’ve been our favourite holidays. REAL WEDDINGS 37 
