I chose incredible regional suppliers who I knew were experts in their field,” says owner Emma Toomey, who took over Opulence Bridalwear in August, 2016. “We found two different sized models to showcase some of the stunning designs we have in our Wirral-based boutique and complemented everything with a dusky pink colour palette across the styling, flowers, cakes and stationery.
