I loved the floral archway outside the church filled with blue hydrangeas. The flowers used in our wedding arrangements and bouquets included blue stocks with plenty of green and white varieties. A friend of mine who is a florist created all of our big-day blooms that looked fantastic. We had a string trio perform at the church and during our drinks reception. Top tip: “Timing is key! I went over the timings of our day a million times making sure that I had allowed enough time for each phase.” - Hester. We had a traditional vintage-inspired, five-tier cake made by my mum’s friend. I grew up in the village of Ardington and had always imagined I would get married at Ardington house since I was a little girl. We both felt relaxed and excited on our special day.
