Wasing Park, the nationally renowned luxury wedding venue nestled in the Berkshire countryside, is delighted to announce its September showcase, Forever, taking place on Sunday, 28th and Monday, 29th September 2025. Widely regarded as one of the UK’s finest wedding venues, Wasing Park will shine a spotlight on sustainability at the event. From florals to sustainably sourced wedding décor, couples getting married will discover how to create a beautiful celebration that’s kind to the planet. The Grade II listed Castle Barn will be exquisitely styled by talented florists, showcasing arrangements of seasonal English flowers freshly cut from the Walled Garden. Charming potted succulents will also be on display, offering ideas for an elegant, natural touch to table décor. While the team at Wasing Park composts its floral arrangements, these potted keepsakes provide a lasting gift for guests to take home. New for this season are thoughtful favours, including charming mini bottles of Wasing Gin infused with botanicals gathered from the Walled Garden and hedgerows. For a sweeter touch, there are pots of Wasing Wild Flower Honey and also decorative candles, both lovingly crafted from honey and wax carefully harvested from hives on the estate. Among the exciting new offerings, couples are invited to explore the newly renovated Garden Room. Brimming with character, this enchanting area, offering three stunning ceremony spaces, is now beautifully adorned with rustic oak beams, warm, aged brickwork, sandstone floors, pewter cast-iron radiators, and stunning sliding barn doors. Set within the tranquil gardens, its bi-fold glass doors flood the space with natural light and provide stunning views of the Castle Barn. Heated by a biomass boiler fuelled by wood chips from the estate, the Garden Room boasts eco-conscious design and effortlessly accommodates up to 160 guests. The Victorian Summerhouse is an idyllic outdoor spot nestled amidst nature, highlighted by an intricate hand-painted mural, hosting up to 160 guests. The 13th-century Parish Church of St Nicholas is charming with beautiful stained-glass windows and a sunlit altar, providing a timeless backdrop for traditional ceremonies of up to 100 guests. At the heart of Wasing Park sits the magnificent Castle Barn, offering a blank canvas for a personalised celebration. Inside, there’s a built-in stage and quality acoustics while outside, a flowing stretch tent covers the terrace and outdoor kitchen that allows for year-round al fresco dining where chefs prepare dishes over the firepit and wood-fired oven. Couples can enjoy the finest locally sourced cuisine with Wasing’s estate-to-plate menu, featuring new nose-to-tail offerings made with beef sourced from the organic on-site farm. The venue caters for up to 160 guests for dining, with evening parties welcoming up to 250 loved ones. The festivities can be continued in the Stables Lodge, a decadent bar offering a cosy setting for a nightcap. The exclusive-use venue boasts 26 characterful bedrooms sleeping up to 64 guests, each uniquely designed. Highlights include the Honeymoon Suite, a spacious former hayloft now home to the biggest bed in Berkshire and The Granary, a luxurious suite still standing on its staddle stones complete with a copper bathtub. The Smithy, an old blacksmiths’ workshop featuring an Emperor bed and a spacious en-suite is another option along with The Dovecote, a magical suite with a custom-made triangular bed and original dove boxes filled with fairylights. There are also 17 rooms in the Stables, the Mews, and the Pump House. Kitts Cottage offers complimentary accommodation the night before the wedding, sleeping up to seven guests, while Home Farmhouse, is a cosy retreat sleeping up to 12 people. Wasing Park now offers bespoke two-to-three-day wedding experiences that create a destination feel within the UK. Couples can enjoy extended celebrations with a host of unique activities, from welcome dinners and lakeside yoga to enchanting moonlit performances and cocktail classes set amidst the stunning grounds.
