Your Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wedding - April/May 2024 (Issue 106)

As soon as Charlotte and Aaron met, they hit it off right away. Aaron says, “Charlotte was energetic, full of life, intelligent, funny and kind – I knew we were a good match from the start. Charlotte adds, “From the moment we met, Aaron made me feel calm and completely at ease. Our joint love for food, sport and enjoying life to the fullest meant that we clicked straight away.” SETTING THE SCENE Aaron proposed on Christmas Eve in 2021. “We went for an early morning stroll through the mist of Windsor Great Park along a path that took us to beneath The Copper Horse,” Charlotte tells us. “We started taking silly photographs but Aaron had also organised a local friend to take pictures of us. All of a sudden, a ring was produced from his jacket pocket and I said yes!” The couple loved the location of their chosen venue. “It’s spectacular, right in the middle of Windsor Great Park,” Charlotte tells us. “The staff are so helpful and friendly and from the start, we could tell they would make a wedding day appear seamless. It had everything we needed, from a kitchen for the food prep to parking for our caterers and a great stage for the band!” Charlotte and Aaron felt excited and elated on their magical day. “The ceremony was great and the reception even more so because we had a lot of fun with the speeches!” They tell us. “Our photographer Loren was incredible and so understanding. She organised our families, which is a task in itself!” - Charlotte and Aaron REAL WEDDINGS 43
