LIFE’S A BEACH Delve in to the county’s coastal venues CLIFFS PAVILION Situated proudly on Southend-on-Sea’s famous clifftop, the Cliffs Pavilion is the largest purpose- built performing arts centre in the county. If you want your day to have the wow factor, what better setting than this iconic venue? Here coastal meets countryside as this spot boasts both panoramic views of the Thames Estuary and scenic gardens. There are four rooms in which you can wed and celebrate afterwards. The Maritime Room, the most popular wedding space, accommodates 180 and overlooks the estuary. It has its own terrace that leads out to the clifftop gardens and seafront. Alternatively there’s the more intimate Admirals Room with space for 40 of your nearest and dearest or the Pavilion Room with breathtaking views that can hold 100 loved ones.
