Positioned in the picturesque village of Navestock, Old Brook Barn is a 17 th -century barn within 23 acres of quintessentially English countryside. A secluded courtyard is positioned to the front of the building and is furnished with a gazebo, rustic bar area and characterful timber furniture. Step inside the barn, and visitors find gorgeous original features, exposed beams, high ceilings and carved-wood detailing but with the benefit of modern lighting and a PA system. Surrounded by 125 acres of nature-filled countryside, The Village Green is at the heart of Wat Tyler Country Park. With a rich heritage and gentle visual nod to the past, the romantic setting is a wonderful backdrop for celebrations. Couples will love the picturesque thatched cottages edging the green, as well as the abundant outdoor space to explore. LET’S CELEBRATE! The atmospheric 18 th -century Heritage Barn (80 guests) is an intimate and historic space licensed for ceremonies, offering the full barn experience at a great price. Launched in 2020, the Nobel Room is a newly-refurbished event space for up to 150 guests, which boasts high vaulted ceilings. Couples can organise their own food and bar in one of two purpose-built eco-friendly spaces. WE LOVE… Wedding parties get exclusivity of the park from 7pm in the summer months. LET’S CELEBRATE! The Secret Garden is an al fresco spot for couples to say their vows with its manicured-hedge perimeter, impeccable lawns and attractive gazebo.
