My initial reaction was panic, as this was a complete unknown, but we knew we needed to keep our couples reassured.” But how did they manage this new normal? “We closed our books for new enquiries so that postponements could take priority,” Victoria explains. “I’ve also spent the last few months forging links with other florists and creating a network of local professionals so that we can help each other with the extra workload next year.
