My husband and I checked into W Edinburgh to experience first-hand the lifestyle-led luxury that has transformed this corner of the city. From the hotel, we were able to stroll to the Royal Mile, browse along Princes Street, admire the views from Arthur’s Seat – who doesn’t love an energetic hike?! – and visit royal residence Holyrood Palace.
