We get lots of enquires and bookings, so we recommend getting your date secured as soon as your sure you love our work. Why book If a picture tells a thousand words, then wow how many words can a film tell. Years down the line our couples send us messages to say they’ve watched their film again with their loved ones and re lived their beautiful day and it makes our hearts sing. One of the things we hear most when we’re filming weddings, is their guest telling us their biggest regret is not filming theirs. Don’t let this be you. What to expect from a videographer A great relationship with our couples is so important to us, we want them to feel relaxed around us on the day. We’re experienced, having worked in film and TV for over 20 years and we want our couples to feel they’re in safe hands. It often helps that we’re both female as we film at the most intimate part of the day, the preparations. There are two of us on every shoot, we film your ceremony and speeches from multiple angles making the edit seamless. We use industry standard kit, and we know how to use it in any situation, our couples are asking for drone options, and we hold a license so we can capture the day perfectly. Planning your film might sound obvious, but we take care to meet our couples and go through their day. We’ll do site visits, speak to your suppliers, check flight paths for drone options and so much more. We speak to our couples about the style and music so we can make sure your film reflects your day and your personalities. Visit: www.JJweddingsltd.com How to choose styles for your flowergirl! Firstly, select your style! The full skirt is largely the most popular choice. A miniature version of the bride! Give her the kind of dress she can twirl around in and we’re sure she’ll be overjoyed. Your chosen colour Right now, the most popular colour for flower girls is ivory, often paired with a brilliant splash of colour such as blush, navy or pale sage green. The other most popular colours are navy, champagne and full pastel colours like blush, sage and pale blue. To personalise your look, we LOVE the idea of a personalised denim jacket which can be twinned with older bridesmaids, the bride or anyone in the bridal party. Our denim jackets are hand embellished to order and a great keepsake to have after the event. Knowing your necklines If possible, choose a leotard or dress with straps and a reasonably high neckline. Not only will this be more comfortable for your flower girl, but it’ll prevent any embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions on your big day! Accessories and gifting Flowergirls don’t often need to have accessories, but we offer a little a girls accessories collection which is perfect for saying, thank you for being my flowergirl, or if they want to style-up their evening party outfit - from rainbow bags to glittery hair slides. We also have jewellery for older bridesmaids and brides which comes gift boxed. For brides, we have a luxury pearl bag which is great for holding personal items on your big day or a stunning bag for your honeymoon! Out top tip! Go one size up. Because flowergirls are usually quite young, there’s likely to be some growth between the time that you pick the dress and the wedding day, but don’t worry! Order a size or two up from what she’s currently wearing (depending on your timings and the age of your little one), and you’ll be fine.
