WHITLEY HALL 01142 454 444 | WHAT TO EXPECT Whitley Hall is an ivy-clad, Yorkshire stone 16th century mansion, surrounded by stunning gardens and grounds with mature trees and two small lakes. The 20 acres of grounds are home to peacocks, Canada geese and mallards. Located just to the north of Sheffield, Whitley Hall is a short drive from Meadowhall shopping centre and offers a great base for exploring the magnificent Peak District National Park. The interior is full of character and rich in history from the moment you step inside. The Tudor architecture marries perfectly with contemporary design, giving you the opportunity to revel in a blend of 16th century splendour and 21st century luxury. TIME TO CELEBRATE! The Whitley Suite is an elegant room, brand new for 2020, been designed to create a space which is both stylish and functional whilst still retaining that ‘Whitley Hall charm’ for which the venue is renowned. This room can host up to 110 guests for a civil ceremony and wedding breakfast and up to 220 guests for your evening celebrations. With its wood-panelled walls, tasteful décor and a bank of windows which flood the space with natural daylight this room provides all you’ll need to create the wedding ceremony of your dreams. It also boasts its own lake and pier complete with a small bandstand area for idyllic photography. WE LOVE… In the original Parker Suite, there’s an original Yorkshire stone wall which has been there since the original Tudor house – it’s engraved with the date and name of the original owner of the house, William Parker, hence the name of the suite.
