The club has already undergone a makeover with further investment planned in the future. The Old Rectory is a beautiful Grade II listed stone building in Handsworth on the edge of Sheffield and Vine Hotels now plans to refurbish and relaunch this historic venue to accommodate weddings and events of up to 200 guests for a buffet and 140 for a banquet dinner. In addition to interior upgrades in the main hall, décor refurbishment and the addition of new lighting will take place in the two further Georgian period rooms, which are ideal for more intimate celebrations. The Orgreave and The Ballifield can accommodate up to 50 guests and 15 guests for a banquet style dinner. Couples will also be able to hold both their wedding ceremony and reception at The Old Rectory, as the venue has been granted a wedding licence.
