Having fallen in love with the building, he set about bringing it back to life. This included a rear extension, which is now the Pavilion Room, acting as the main function room at the house. Great care was taken in restoring all of the redeeming features the house had to offer, combining contemporary furnishings with classic antiques to create a very stylish, warm and friendly place to stay. Wake up for breakfast and the house will be a hive of activity as hairdressers, make-up artists and florists come and go, adding to the excitement. As well as the large extravagant weddings at St Johns, the team also enjoys hosting small intimate weddings between 15 and 30 guests in any format, whether it be a daytime wedding, exclusive use, or a weekend wedding. St Johns House has two rooms available for wedding ceremonies. The first room has a capacity of 60 loved ones and the Pavilion can accommodate up to 90. We love...
