Built in 1885, the Grade II listed mansion boasts a spacious Grand Hall, which has rich oak-panelling, fine oil paintings and a feature fireplace. It has glass-panelled doors that lead out onto a private terrace with room for 150 guests for the ceremony and reception. Alternatively, the Cornwall Suite or Grand Hall can be used. The Cornwall Suite overlooks the private gardens with a wall of windows and has space for 100 nearest and dearest for the service and 70 for the reception. The Grand Hall is only available in the venue’s Exclusive Use Package and can also accommodate 100 friends and family for the vows. The original 1960s red brick tiled roof and metal frame windows are still on display, and the grounds are available for guests to explore and take photographs. CELEBRATE IN STYLE The Edwardian Ballroom is the main ceremony space with room for up to 100 guests. It was inspired by the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles and has a fascinating history. The meal takes place in the Persian Dining Room, which has a traditional Persian fireplace and can accommodate 100 people, while the evening celebration is held in the London Room (100). Depending on the weather, al fresco celebrations can take place under the Gazebo in the beautiful grounds. WE LOVE...
