The archway that leads to the courtyard still retains the original gates and makes for a grand entrance; the cobbled courtyard is lit up at night by hundreds of fairylights complementing the terrace and garden area – The Talbot’s secret gem. South-facing with plenty of seating, it’s a place to enjoy reception drinks, afternoon tea or a barbecue. The woodland area that surrounds the back of The Talbot is also ideal for engagement shoots, as are the fields directly opposite the building past Ripley Green for ‘golden-hour’ snaps.
