Your Surrey Wedding - February/March 2024 (Issue 105)

My bridesmaids looked beautiful in their burgundy satin dresses. We had a lot of different entertainment as music was a really important element of the day for us. Mark the harpist played as guests arrived and as I walked down the aisle. He performed a song he’d learned just for us during our register signing. Our cake was covered in white icing and decorated with flowers from our centrepieces. It was spiced with cream flavour. We had pink and white macarons as our wedding favours, labelled with personalised stickers in our burgundy colour palette. The place names were designed to match our invitations and menu. We had Sunny Steelband entertain everyone during our drinks reception. It was outside in the sun, so there was a real holiday vibe. Everyone loved the music throughout the day and said it really set the mood for each stage. REAL WEDDINGS 47
