Your Sussex Wedding - December 2021/January 2022 (Issue 94)

As the food was served on sharing platters, there wasn’t too much space for centrepieces. So, we had small vases of flowers featuring our white and blue palette with plenty of green foliage to maintain a modern look. The bridesmaids wore lovely cornflower blue chiffon dresses with a tiny bit of beading around the waist and on the straps that sparkled in the sun. The Gallivant prepared some amazing sharing platters. The food was all locally-sourced and delicious. Our vegan and vegetarian guests were really happy with their options too. Niall was pleased with his Hugo Boss suit and it fitted perfectly. The groomsmen all wore navy suits, which they picked themselves so they could wear them again. The tables were named after points on a compass. They were printed with a map in the background and framed to make them stand out. We also thought it would be a great idea to recycle the frames for our wedding photos. We wanted a simple design for our cake. It was airbrushed to fade from blue to white and decorated with flowers from our florist. REAL WEDDINGS 41
