Your North West Wedding - February/March (Issue 78)

“The bridesmaids opted for champagne coloured multi-way dresses from Jacqueline Louise Bridal Ltd, which had a tulle fabric overlay on the bottom half,” continues Chloe. “I wanted them all to feel as comfortable as possible, so this was the perfect style as they could wear the top half however they wanted.” TIME TO CELEBRATE “We went all out with our entertainment as it was a massive part of the day, and we wanted our guests to have the best time ever,” reveals Chloe. “Paul Flatley, Caricature Artist, was with us for two hours in the evening and was a massive hit with our guests, and there was always a queue for him. He was brilliant, and our friends and family loved taking home a keepsake from our wedding.” Toby & Co provided games for the reception drinks. “Everyone adored this,” explains Chloe. “We also had singer, Jade Parr and a guitarist perform during the wedding breakfast, who were just amazing. We wanted a chilled vibe for the meal, and the songs they picked worked well. The second half of the set was more upbeat, with tunes to get everyone ready for the night. In the evening, Ash, the DJ from Six15 Group Ltd, played all the music we asked for and, in the evening, we had a bongo and saxophone player, who was fantastic. I would highly recommend all of these suppliers as they made our wedding perfect!” MEMORABLE MOMENTS The couple felt incredible happy on their big day, as Chloe tells us: “We were in our own little bubble. All of our suppliers were absolutely brilliant and made our wedding truly memorable, and we can’t thank them all enough! The wedding co-ordinators at Wyresdale Weddings were brilliant and our photographers, Adam and Olivia, went above and beyond for us on the day to not only make sure we had the best time taking pictures but also that we got the best shots possible. All our guests commented on how lovely and amazing they were! Adam took us out on a boat for some pictures, which was a special moment for us. He made it so fun, and it was nice to have time for Dan and I to talk and take in the day.” TOP TIPS “The day goes fast, so try and take it in and enjoy the moment,” recalls Chloe. “For us the photographer and entertainment were the essential parts, so we knew we wanted to invest quite a bit of our budget on these. The day goes so quick and having pictures to look back on was really important to us, so we would highly recommend investing in a good photographer who you click with.” HONEYMOON “We had a mini-moon in Dublin after the wedding, which we loved,” says Chloe. “We’re going to have our proper honeymoon next year, but we just haven’t decided where to go yet.” 39 REAL WEDDINGS
