Your North West Wedding- Page number 29 - August/September 2021 (Issue 69)

To keep the children entertained, we had lots of garden games like limbo, Connect 4 and Swingball. Jonny chose a Master Debonair suit complete with a waistcoat. He liked it because it was unlike any outfit he’d seen before. The fabric was herringbone in a medium blue, which he paired with a blush tie and pocket square. I wore a Catherine Deane dress called Jo from Exquisite Brides. It had a lace bodice and a diaphanous silk chiffon skirt. I accessorised with an ornate headpiece featuring star and leaf motifs, a pendant and small pearl earrings. The bridesmaids opted for multi-way dresses from Marks & Spencer, which they paired with silver jewellery and heels. We felt overwhelmed, deeply in love and very thankful to have such a wonderful day. We had some of our dear friends perform on guitars and ukuleles. We also played a medley of songs as we’re both very musical and love live music. It seemed to go down well, and we loved getting to see our talented friends shine and come together. REAL WEDDINGS 29
