We had a light-up sign saying The Fords, which is quite unusual and made the final touch to our venue. As we had a fairytale theme, I wanted that wow factor when it came to our flowers and we included neutral tones of white hydrangeas plus pink and cream roses. I always thought I wanted a fitted-fishtail dress, but I instantly fell in love with a princess-style gown as soon as I tried it on! We had floating candles, candlesticks and glasses containing beautiful hydrangeas and roses for our centrepieces. It was essential to have candles as I wanted that elegant feel throughout the wedding. We couldn’t recommend 19.01 Catering enough, the food was amazing from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I felt nervous and excited on the day; I couldn’t w ait to walk down the aisle and marry my best friend. REAL WEDDINGS 29
