Since restrictions were still in place, after the meal most of our guests joined us in our flat and the g roomsmen had prepared presentations, poems and plenty of banter. The night ended with bellies full of take-away pizza and cake! All the speeches were excellent, especially the best man’s who spoke in English, Hindi and Farsi bringing a ll our cultures together. I can honestly say that our day blew me away. Th e best part was being able to have such an intimate ceremony with some of the most important people in our lives.
