Your Hampshire & Dorset Wedding - Jan/Feb 2018 (Issue 72)

Jonny stood out from the other groomsmen in a different Herbie Frogg slim-fit suit with a gold pinstripe check and a champagne coloured tie and pocket square. My bridesmaid wore a long, dusky pink Grecian-style dress with a white faux fur wrap. We bought masses of clear glass candle holders and hurricane lanterns to create a romantic feel. There were twinkling fairylights hanging from the barn ceiling and huge lanterns outside. We wanted it to feel warm, luxurious and romantic so lighting, scented candles and flowers played a big part. We used an ornate gold picture frame and pearlescent pink card for the table plan. REAL WEDDINGS 51  “Flowers were a massive part of our day. We had two large pedestal arrangements and a centrepiece which we used for both the ceremony and the top table.”
