We displayed the names on gold envelopes and provided a pen and a little card for each person to write a message or advice on. Every year on our anniversary, we can sit and open the corresponding envelop and remember our wedding day. I travelled in an eight-seater Asquith while Chri s drove in a Jaguar S-Type, both from MC Wedding Cars. Our wow-factor blooms were grown and cut by J ane at Hay Lane Flowers. The florals were one of my favourite pa rts of the day and brought our colour scheme together. Our number one goal when planning our weddi ng was for the day to be family-friendly, relaxed and fun for everyone. We had a three-tiered sponge cake with lemon, cookies and cream and pink champagne flavours. The Barn at Brook End Green Farm was the perfect setting! My dad’s uncle owns the property and I will forever have many happy memories there. 36
