They didn’t exchange numbers until after they bumped into each other again, and the rest is history! Andrew proposed on the 16th of July 2019, which was a total shock and surprise to Sophie. She says, “We both have busy jobs, and often one of us is working late into the evenings. I assumed that Andrew was working late on that particular day and decided to open a bottle of wine while watching Sex and the City.” She adds, “Andrew came home from work a few hours later and was keen that I stood up to hug him.
