Autumn is such a beautiful time of year to exchange vows and Christmas is just around the corner – sorry, I couldn’t help but slip that in there! As we look back on the last 18 months, it has been an emotional roller coastal for us all with the lockdowns, restrictions and uncertainties. But I’ve never been prouder of the wedding industry who has worked hard to support couples and help them plan the perfect day, while meeting various guidelines in place. With the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions, whoops and cheers, there’s a fantastic buzz in the world of weddings and I’m over-the-moon to see so many special events taking place with lots of celebrations – I’ve missed seeing everyone up on the dancefloor dancing the night away! Planning a wedding is such an exciting experience and if I could share one piece of advice, it would be to get organised from the get-go. Make a list of everything that’s important to you both and highlight any priorities. It’s always good to have an idea of what you want on your big day, but I recommend not just focusing on one style and ruling everything else out. Start the planning process with an open mind and discover new elements and exciting ideas that could work well for your day. If you’re on the hunt for local suppliers, you’re in luck because we’ve searched high and low to find trustworthy companies. In this wonderful issue, you’ll find stellar advice, top tips and inspiration to help you plan the perfect day. From beauty experts, stunning venues, florists, cake bakers and more – we’ve got you covered! Olivia x Olivia Gibson, Editor Love on top It’s time to get excited because you could win a minimoon in France worth up to £1,500! www.elbe thgillis.com 84 43 www.whi tneylloydphotography.com 5 6 6
